Meet in erg room at Princeton boathouse at start time.
Per coach discretion, workouts may include:
- ergs
- tanks
- stretching
- strength and flexibility
We also need some people to help rig boats before this session, at 3pm. If you can come an hour early, please sign up for the "boat rigging" event.
